Refund and Returns Policy

I want you to be completely satisfied with your new artwork. I understand that purchasing art online is a significant decision, and I am committed to ensuring you are happy with your decision.

Return Eligibility

  • 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to decide if your artwork is the perfect fit for your space. If you are not entirely satisfied for any reason, you may return the artwork for a full refund of the artwork’s purchase price (excluding original shipping costs).
  • Condition for Returns: The artwork must be returned in its original condition and original packaging. I cannot accept returns for artworks that have been altered, damaged (unless due to shipping damage as described below), or are not in their original, resalable state.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns.

Damaged Artworks

Your satisfaction is my top priority, and I take great care in packaging artwork for safe transit. However, in the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  • Report Damage Within 7 Days: You must notify me of any damage to your artwork within 7 calendar days of its delivery. To do so, please complete our contact form and provide:
    • Your order details.
    • A detailed description of the damage.
    • Clear photographs of the damaged artwork.
    • Clear photographs of the damaged packaging (if applicable).
  • My Responsibility for Damaged Items: If the artwork is confirmed to be damaged during transit, we will arrange for the pick-up of the damaged artwork at no cost to you. Upon receiving the damaged artwork, we will process a full refund, including original shipping costs, or arrange for a suitable replacement if available and desired.

How to Initiate a Return (Non-Damaged Items)

For returns due to reasons other than damage (e.g., change of mind, artwork doesn’t suit your space):

  1. Contact me: Please contact me within the 30-day return window by completing the contact form. Please include your order number and briefly state your reason for the return.
  2. Return Shipping Responsibility: For non-damaged returns, the customer is responsible for safely packaging and shipping the artwork back to me or delivering the artwork. I recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for the artwork’s full value, as I cannot be responsible for artworks lost or damaged during return transit.
  3. Return Address: I will provide you with the specific return address once your return request has been approved.

Refund Processing

Once I receive your returned artwork and confirm that it is in its original, undamaged condition, I will process your refund.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after I have received and inspected the returned artwork.
  • Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable for returns due to reasons other than transit damage or our error. There are no restocking fees.
